Free Body Mass Index Calculator

Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight. The same formula is used for men and women. 

  • A BMI between 25 and 29.9 is considered overweight.
  • A BMI between 18.5 and 24.9 is considered normal.
  • A BMI less than 18.5 is considered underweight.
