Questions about Passwords
If you have forgotten your password, please use the Forgotten Password link on the Login page. If you don't get an email with a new password then make sure you have our sales@menopausetracker.com email address in your address book the try again. If you cannot get it to work then email us.
Questions about Orders
You can check the status of your order under My Account. We'll update you there on what is happening.
If you have received your Order and want to return it then you need to email us first. Please make sure you identify the Order Number when you do.
