I suffered from extreme fatigue and assumed it was menopause. Then I started tracking my cycle and symptoms and realized it was not cycle related. So I wondered. I bought an 8 panel test and found I had adrenal fatigue. I got treatment for that and using menopause tracker was able to track how it was working for me. After 6 months I was back to "normal" and stopped tracking.
After 3 months I found I had gained back weight, was not exercising as much and forgetting to take my supplements quite regularly. So I am back tracking. In fact I now get Alerts. I intend to be fit for menopause when it finally comes. And menopause tracker is definitely helping me to that!

I am from the filofax generation and I like to do things on paper. I was using a paper based symptom chart but it was hard to see what was going on. So now I use menopause tracker. I use their Weekly Tracker download and then I put in all my details each week. I love it!

I was over-weight and unfit and facing 45. I realized I had to do something soon or I could find the change a challenge. I tried some other fitness sites but felt out of place. None of them related anything back to being a women! Like our cycles don't impact us in any way? Then I found MenopauseTracker. It lets me track my cycle which is something I have not done for years. Now I can see that things are changing for me already. And I see my symptoms change too. As does my motivation to exercise. And it motivates me to do something about all of that.
I also decided to get a Hormone Saliva Test. Got the 8 Panel one. It was an eye opener. Knowing where I was at hormone wise helped put things in perspective for me. Another tool to help me track the change.
